Gaining control over my weight, not to be confused with weight gain.I am a member of this website sparkpeople.com which provides tools to control your weight. I am loving it so far. Next week should see a lot of improvement in me and hopefully that elusive 200 lb mark would for once and ever be achieved and maintained. So there you have it. Next time you see that tag, this is what it means.
