Been there done that:
Stood under an actual Apollo series rocket!
Stood at the same place where Engineers controlled the first step on the moon
Stood at the place from where the space shuttle carrying the first people on moon was launched
Drove for 7 hours at a stretch at 80 – 90 mph that’s close to 140 kmph.
South beach, Miami, Fl. Played cricket on the beaches of Florida.
Allover beach, Miami, Fl. Also known to many as a nude beach, didn’t get time to play cricket here.
Took a boat ride in the night in and around the city of Miami.
Visited a place also called as gentleman’s club. :P
Southernmost point of US, haven’t yet been to Kanyakumari though.
Drove on a bridge that’s a 7 miles stretch in water.
Parasailed the ocean blue waters of Key West Fl.
Snorkeled the same ocean blue waters in search of a coral reef.
Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, Key West are the cities I visited during Christmas break.

My brother always had this very stupid and irritating joke. Wishing someone Merry Christmas aur Teri Bhi Christmas ... so heres to all of you holidayin and havin fun !!!

oh by the way .. me going to florida !!! yay ..... so three days gonna be lotsa audio posts with me going ga ga at the beaches !!! hope the rain god does not piss me off.

Was our drawing teacher. He used to give us a box of crayons every year. We were expected to draw things according to the themes that he would put and he would grade our sheets on a 10 scale and the annual marks consisted of scoring above 90 being an A grade. He never knew I was a student in the class. I was very silent in his class. Once he asked me to tell him a joke. That day I was hit by a scale and made to kneel down for not telling a joke in class.

One more of our guys. He had a fish tank at his place. He would be describing about the fishes every day. One fine day his fish decide to reproduce. He explains the imaginary act of Piscean copulation by actually showing two of his hands as his fish and showed us how the hands were one on the other like the animals on discovery. I went hysteric and gave out a big laugh. “Yes you four boys! Didn’t I say Pin drop Silence. Come here” “Yes you, You laughed the loudest. Tell me what the joke was else Ill punish you”

Mavis Miss:
Stone faced, never an expression on it, tall person with a lean structure. Was my teacher for Social Sciences. Once said I was the most disciplined student in class (read on before you start laughing). Once she also called my friend Sunny Deol of Darr fame. She took me to the staffroom and introduced me to all the teachers as one of the good students in class (once in a lifetime event for me). In two years though, the giant spoke one more time, Chaubal I had thought you were a nice student but you have disappointed me and punished me to kneel down with a friend.

Satpal Singh:
One of my pals in school; best known for his black choti, was often teased by Amit Abrol as “the black Himalayas”. Very cool guy was part of a lot of my jokes in school. Very short tempered when it came to using his things. Had a fight with me once before geography class. He was overpowering me so I attacked at what I thought was his weak point. As the teacher entered she found two students one with his eyes red and trying to tie his long loose hair with his black cloth and the other who was with his shirt tucked out and red marks all over his hands. “Satpal do you think you are sunny deol from the movie darr?” “Chaubal I had thought you were a nice student but you have disappointed me kneel down at the door.”

India fever

No, this is not related to cricket or that for some godforsaken reason the Indian team is going to overexert itself to have a victory and a huge hue and cry about the victory to the last team on the rankings post.

This is about all the people I know all the people Id want to be celebrating my life with being in India, where I was supposed to be this december.

All the people I know..
my bhai who was supposed to meet me when he was here
my sister who had invited me for the holidays
my friends n roommates from my university
my colleagues at work
even someone I know's best friend!!!
and even all of her roommates!!!!
friends from India who had come here
except just hippy n me stay back.....

Next person I know who calls me up to let me know s/he s going to India will have it !!
mind you .. I say !!

One week One step Closer !!!

Dallas TX was blessed with his almightys presence !!! The city so well took to me that it didnt want me to leave !!! My flight was delayed by an hour before it took up!!!

Thanxgivin was well spent with two monkeys anand n ashwin .... wine, go karting , mini golf, bowling, food , food, food n lots of food, get to kick hippys ass !!! Southern Methodist Univ Dallas, Couldve been there amongst those there.... but opted for MTU. Made a big ruckus of thnxgivin shopping gotup at 530 n went to hazar shops n bought just one optical wireless mouse which i didnt like later on so am gonna return it :D.

Two flights two chatting ladies besides one a preacher one a student me needed a breather.

One week had to work more to put up for the day i took a leave to be with pals.

One week so full of fun n the other so full of work

One step closer .. U2 ... was listening to the song as the post started ....
